Pre-proposals for FY2007-2008 due by September 25, 2006

Pre-proposals for water resources research and water resources public education projects authorized under the Water Resources Research Act of 1984 are being solicited for funding in FY 2007-2008. Approximately four grants of up to $20,000 each will be awarded.

DeWalle Elected President-Elect of AWRA
Dr. David R DeWalle, director of the PA WRRC, was elected President-Elect of the American Water Resources Association (AWRA) effective January 1, 2005. He will automatically succeed to the office of President on January 1, 2006.

Survey of Major Issues Facing Pennsylvania’s Water Resources
The Pennsylvania Water Resources Research Center conducted a survey of people involved in water resources asking them to identify the major issues facing water resources in Pennsylvania.
